AVAILABILITY & ORDERING POLICY

Please note that any items you see on the official Studio Clora Instagram and Facebook are available for purchase. If you can’t find something on our website or if you have a specific question regarding availability, sizing, status of your order or anything else please contact our Customer Service team. The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost important to us. If you need your order by a specific date please email our Customer Service team and we will try our best to accommodate your request to the best of our ability, however we cannot guarantee an expedited speed. Studio Clora reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by the company.

Some of our products are available for preorder. The nature of our products means they sell out quickly and this allows us to hold your place to make sure you get what you want. The item will be shipped by the date shown in the product description. Please note that your card will be charged fully when a preorder is placed. This is the only way we can allocate the item to you.

Authentic Studio Clora products are available on our website www.studioclora.com and at our stockist’s locations here. Our company does not offer merchandise for sale through individuals, flea markets, unauthorized retail locations, or at auctions. All our products are made by happy hands. We’re proud to say that we’re uncompromising in our commitment to nurturing long-term relationships with suppliers who treat their workers fairly.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or products pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

REPAIR POLICY

At Studio Clora, quality and craftsmanship is our utmost concern. In case you have received an item that is not in perfect condition, contact us within 7 days so we can take care of the issue. Please send us an email with your order number and please describe the problem. An attached picture would be very much appreciated. Studio Clora will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 120 days or receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 120 days or deemed to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis and communicated prior to the repair process beginning. Repairs take 3-5 weeks to complete. Due to the nature of our products we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older items. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs.

We will only accepts repairs for items purchased on studioclora.com. Repairs for items purchased at one of our retailers must be returned through the original point of purchase and cannot be accepted at the studio. If they are unable to help you, please contact our Customer Service team and we will do our best to assist you.

PAYMENT

Studio Clora does ship internationally. We aim to make our products available globally, but unfortunately there are some countries that we are prohibited by law to ship jewelry to. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may in our sole discretion limit or cancel quantities purchased per person per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address in the event that we make a change or cancel an order. We may attempt to notify you by contacting you via email provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that in our sole judgment appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at studioclora.com. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay as forms of payment. Customers will be charged as soon as order is submitted on studioclora.com. The default currency on our e-shop is Euro and you will be charged in Euros. Currency conversion fees might be added to your payment based on your bank’s policies, please make sure to contact your bank for further information. We are unable to cover these extra costs. If you are having trouble placing your order please contact info@studioclora.com. We will do everything we can to help you.

SALE ITEMS

We offer a one time 10% discount for new customers, all you need to do is just subscribe to our newsletter. Once you’ve subscribed, you need to confirm your email address, and then you’ll receive the coupon code that you can use at checkout.

All sales final. No other coupon code(s) can be used with the promotion.
Coupon cannot be used on previously purchased items. No price adjustments.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

The way we source our materials and produce our collections means that some of our items are only available in small quantities and may therefore be sold out. Please note that the majority of our pieces are limited edition and will not be returning in the future.

GIFT CARDS & GIFT INFORMATION

Studio Clora gift cards are subject to the following terms and conditions :

– gift cards can be ordered in fixed euro amounts from €50 to €1000.
– gift cards can be sent via email to any individual with a valid email address.
– as with any purchase, you will receive a confirmation email once the gift card email is sent to the recipient.
– gift cards cannot be purchased using another gift cards.
– no sales tax is charged when purchasing a gift card.

Please note that we cannot replace a lost or stolen gift cards to purchase a gift card.

All orders are shipped in a Studio Clora signature jewelry pouch. Upon request we are happy to enclose a gift card with a personalized, hand written message. Please enter message in the gift card notes section during checkout process. Please specify if you would like us to include a gift receipt rather than a regular receipt.

We are open Monday through Friday. Our commitment is to respond to all inquiries within two business days. All messages left after hours or over the weekend, will be returned the next business day.
